Economic Development Finance Programs

This course reviews financial programs that stimulate investment, and in turn, result in the creation of permanent jobs and the improvement of a local tax base. Participants will also learn how to calculate debt-service ratios, cash on-cash rate of return, capitalization rates, and underwriting ratios.
