This is an invite-only event. IEDC has extended an invitation to executive-level economic developers to register for this event.  The Executive Leadership Roundtable is only open to Leadership Summit attendees.

This Executive Leadership Roundtable provides economic development leaders with a unique opportunity to examine the pertinent issues impacting the profession through peer-to-peer discussions aimed at enhancing the understanding of how shifts and emerging tendencies influence the profession. The insight gleaned from these discussions is fundamental to devising any future plans, and the Executive Leadership Roundtable is an extraordinary platform for EDO executives to speak in confidence about their challenges and successes.

Jabil's new research facility has just opened in St. Petersburg. It is one of three that the global manufacturer operates throughout the world. The other two are in San Jose and Singapore. The cutting-edge research projects conducted there will require some of the greatest minds in technology, engineering and science to come together in the Tampa Bay region. The campus is being redeveloped to meet with the growing needs of the company and includes the research facility, a new corporate HQ as well as other lines of business. Jabil is a Fortune 500 company and is the largest manufacturer in the US and the third largest in the world. This project is also an example of a public private partnership through some creative incentive from the City of St. Petersburg.
